Father Rob (or Father Rhodes) is a co-founder of the Community of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer, and of the Abbey of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer. He is also the Abbot of the Abbey and of CMMR. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2003 and is married to Mother Debra Susannah Mary Rhodes, CMMR (Sister Debbi).

Mother Debbi is a co-founder of the Community of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer, and of the Abbey of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer. She serves as Housemaster of the Abbey as well as the Director of Associates and Oblates. She loves to preach and she loves prison ministry. She was ordained to the priesthood on July 1, 2023, and is married to Father Robert Antony Rhodes, CMMR (Father Rob).
